16 Aug 2016National Poetry Day Goes to Berlin
New Zealand poets like to celebrate National Poetry Day no matter where they are in the world. This year two Kiwi poets are taking the National Poetry Day celebrations to Berlin.
Berlin, Germany
Two Sandras, One Night: #2
Two Sandras, Sandra Bell and Sandra Sarala, poets, musicians and New Zealanders, who met as two Berliners, reunite for a second time for a single evening of performance. They’re celebrating New Zealand/Aotearoa’s National Poetry Day with an intimate evening of poetry, music and friendship. As ever, St George’s will be offering legendarily affordable wine, beer and Schorle – each drink only €1.50 – for that wee extra spark of conviviality.
